Job Description

Key Competency Areas

Design & Development

  • In-depth knowledge & experience in creating Leadership & Management development frameworks / programs.
  • Significant expertise in working with / on competency based behavioral or learning frameworks.
  • Expertise in creating content & training solutions for various audience levels & virtual locations.
  • Applied knowledge & thorough understanding of design & development concepts / principles.
  • Provide learning advisory / mentorship to other learning teams or stakeholders on learning design / development areas
  • Keeping abreast with conventional & unconventional training modalities & solutions.
  • Experienced in working on / with world class L&D programs / partners / solutions.
  • Knowledge of rubrics, levels of evaluation or / and learning measure of success systems.
  • Ability to front end training projects with minimal support & governance(s) with project teams, stakeholders & counterparts.
  • Source content through research, reach outs & analysis of various resources & content.
  • Savvy on various training technology & systems (includes LMS, office applications, authoring tools, other applications )

Delivery

  • Significant experience & expertise in delivering a world class training experience.
  • Capability to train across levels & to a global audience (entry to Sr Management level audiences)
  • Significant knowledge / experience training using live training platforms like webex, adobe connect etc
  • Can engage in hosting management events, off / onsites & informal learning interventions
  • Applies andragogic & learning theory principles in training delivery.
  • Good to have experience in training social psychology / personality assessor subjects.

Skills & Experience

  • 8 to 10 years experience working in a learning COE team / structure
  • Learning project management: Managing in a learning governance / advisory capacity
  • Participated in learning councils or work groups to create organizational learning solutions / training.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Client / customer servicing & stakeholder management
  • Working in a virtual environment & team
  • Playing point for all training related activities
  • Program & event coordination
  • Dynamicity & ability to learn new systems & technology
  • Applied knowledge in marketing & communication of learning events within the organization.
  • Vendor lifecycle management
  • Reporting & analytical skills
  • MS office tools expertise
