The UAT Test Lead is responsible for:
Leading a team of UAT test analysts (3 to 4 resources) who are responsible for planning and execution of end to end User Acceptance and Regression testing of a Transfer Agency suite of applications. Will be part of a wider UAT team of 10 15 resources all reporting to a local test manager.
Mentoring, reviewing the work of, and developing the technical skills of other resources in the team.
Providing test estimates, schedule plans, functional test plans, test results and daily/weekly reporting as per SS&C standards.
Execution of functional testing.
Defect resolution through triage, prioritisation and retest.
