Ask our recruitment team if this is a hybrid role.Want to be a part of our team . 10 plus years of Extensive experience troubleshooting Cisco UCM, Unity Connections, and Telepresence call routing and voice/video related issues in a large enterprise environment. 6 plus years of Extensive troubleshooting UCCE (ICM/CVP) call routing and voice related issues in an large enterprise environment. Experience working with Cisco TAC, and leveraging various Cisco online and troubleshooting tools (DSP calculator, RTMT, CUCM traces, ICM dumplog, VLT, RTTEST, Diagnostic Framework Portico, etc.) Extensive experience troubleshooting SIP (reading SIP trace, implementing CUBE, etc.). The ability to perform complex problem isolation with telecommunications infrastructures including PRI, voice DS3, and SIP trunks. Network experience configuration and troubleshooting of Nexus 7K, 9K/5K, 3650, 6500, and 4500, an understanding of routing protocols, and QoS/CoS. Cisco voice gateway configuration, troubleshooting, and debugging of 3900, 4400, VG224, and VG310 as H323, MGCP, and SIP gateways. CCNP preferredWorking at NTTThe Cisco UCCX Engineer is responsible for providing advanced level support for Contact Center suite implementation and maintenance as needed.They will demonstrate an aptitude to represent the team as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on complex projects and initiatives.Experience in supporting and managing Cisco Unified Contact CenterExperience in supporting and managing Cisco UCCX and scriptingShould have knowledge of Finesse/2Ring Set up new skill groups as requestedPerform script addition, changes and implementation for UCCX Modify/implement prompt changes on the IVR and Holiday changes as requestedTroubleshoot issues related to UCCX Run reports/ perform patches and coordinate with Cisco issues related to software and hardware issuesDocumentation - creates and maintains clear, concise documentation related to support, status reports, and basic system related tasks.Support and collaborate with peers to document incidents break/fix resolutions and audits as needed.Projects/priorities-manages multiple complex priorities and projects.Workflow- works with customer to understand business unit workflow by using published organizational methods and tools.Expectations-manages customer expectations to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectivesSupervision-works under indirect supervision Orientation/Leadership-orients new Application Support AnalystsWhat will make you a good fit for the role Join our growing global team and accelerate your career with us.
