As a UI Developer, you will be Motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programmingTranslating creative software design concepts and ideas into reality using front end technologies.Contributing to product and solution designs to address critical issues and complex problems.Building the user interface to work across multiple platforms including Desktop, Smartphones, Tablets and Wearable devicesWorking with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementationTaking an active role on both sides and defining how the application looks as well as how it works.Use graphic design software to create branding and logos and incorporate visual elements into programming with the goal of creating a streamlined design and a pleasant but visually simple user interfaceSolve any design or usability issues that arise and anticipate potential future problems so they can be resolved before they impact usersWorks with Product Management to understand the usability challenges that customers and end-users face in their day-to-day work and partner with them to develop viable solutions.Collaborate with back-end developers and web designers to improve usabilityHelp back-end developers with coding and troubleshootingHaving an ability to perform well in a fast-paced environmentActively participating in the UI design community, staying up to date on new software technologies and best practices and shares insights with others in the organization.Skills Qualifications3 - 6 years of experience as a professional UI developer.Good knowledge of software development methodologies and processes Agile, Waterfall etc.Have good understanding of information architecture, interaction design, usability analysis and user-centered design.Outstanding verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills are required. Should be comfortable working in a very dynamic and collaborative work environmentProven ability to create mock-ups and produce multiple iterations efficientlySolid understanding of data driven design activities, such as storyboarding and experience models, solid experience using these strategies to create high-quality designsA level of design and business understanding so as to not compromise on business goals and design intentsSkillseto Robust knowledge on HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, JavaScript (Angular is an added advantage)o Good knowledge of UI UX design principleso Robust knowledge of front-end web programming (HTML, JavaScript, Stylesheets)o Good understanding of design patternso Experience with ES6+ and related technologies preferredo Agile experience preferredAdditional Details :Position: Full TimeWork Hours: 12 pm to 9 pm.Notice Period= 0 to 15 days,
