Business Analysis Advise stakeholders on system functionalities and the best practices Challenge business processes based on expert product knowledge and propose the most optimal technical solutions Proactively identify system enhancements and influence business adoption Ensure close connectivity and collaboration with Process Leads, Process Experts and Practice Networks cross-divisionally Stay up-to-date with both the evolving business needs and the vendor s rolling roadmap Research opportunities for optimizations independently based on end-user feedback Plan actions required to bring the functional improvements and monitors their execu-tion Create operating procedures for UP4Growth support organization to upskill the agents with the product knowledge and maintain an accurate internal knowledge base Recommend the optimal system governance, change, and configuration Analyze complex business cases and propose solutions Maintain an expert-level of knowledge in Cornerstone application including the various features and configuration options to be able to provide the required guidance to No-vartis (Learning, Performance) Product Road Map Management Drive deployment of new functionalities and associated change management Build efficient and effective release management method Advocate Novartis business requirements during product design, review, and validation phase with the vendor (CSOD) Design, draft and plan user acceptance test Demo the system functionalities to the business Analyze business impact on major and minor releases Draft the communication to stakeholders in HR Services, IT Operations, Program team and the businesses Change Management Develop effective and efficient UP4Growth change processes Coordinate change management meetings and timelines Follow up on the change implementationMinimum requirementsBachelor s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, HR or Talent Management, Information/ Technology Management Proficiency in English Experience: CSOD product certifications on learning and performance modules or equivalent product knowledge on both modules. Certification on Recruiting module is an advantage. 5+years of hands-on experiences with CSOD in implementation, configuration, release management, and 3rd level support Multicultural and virtual team work Experience with GxP, Computer System Validation, Data Privacy and Compliance requirements is a plus.
