We are seeking Payroll Ops Reconciliation manager to ensure all the variances from the various reconciliations performed by the FOAA team are addressed on time and collaborate with Controllership, accounting and FOAA team to strengthen the reconciliation process. We are seeking a results-focused, quality-driven leader who has demonstrated extensive experience in handling similar processes in the past. Roles & Responsibilities include: Build and Lead the Team responsible for performing both FOAA and Non-FOAA Reconciliations Oversee the accurate and timely completion of all the variances reported by Finance Operations Accounting and Analysis (FOAA) for 9 India Managed Payroll Countries Ensure timely Wire Confirmations and Bank Reconciliation activity, provide FOAA with required details for appropriate closing of GL and Balance Sheet Become a Domain Expert and guide the team, answer their queries and improve their business knowledge in Recons Drive the development and expansion of systems and processes required to execute on-time reconciliations Find opportunities to automate Recons processes and reduce the manual effort Establish SOPs for all Reconciliations with periodic review and updating of the procedures/workflows Conduct periodic Performance Appraisals and 1:1s with the team Drive team engagement through important projects, trainings and team bonding activities Generate Recons metrics and share periodically with Leadership team Interpret and use metrics to drive important decisions in the process, Basic Qualifications 10+ years of management experience and must have managed teams (10+). Flexible to lead the teams located in multiple location and where team works in 24*7 shifts Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and interest in supporting a global team. Experience developing, improving and implementing processes in large-scale, complex environments. Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercising good judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed. Excellent written and verbal skills as well as prioritization and planning skills with strong attention to detail. Well-honed analytical skills, comfortable working with large amounts of data and communicating data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics including return on investment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in Payroll reconciliation management, knowledge of Accounting Experience in Project management and Six Sigma concepts A proactive, high energy attitude geared towards achieving continuous improvement. Flexibility: Ability to operate in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, and data-driven organization. Entrepreneurial; someone who wants to build out the new teams. Communication: Excellent in communicating with internal and external partners located in multiple geographies
