It provides unique opportunity to meet customers and solve their business problem by consultative approach. This group is responsible for managing latest BMC technologies and making sure customers get the maximum value from their investment.Experience Needed:
    1. 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of experience in Enablement management
    2. Bachelors/Master s degree with English as a major subject
    3. Worked for professional a services organization managing different aspects of enablement including but not limited to intranet/extranet site, service offerings, enablement materials including documentation, self-learning videos, learning tools
    4. Worked in a diverse environment supporting different geographies and/or Lines of business of software companies
    5. Been responsible for results of extended and virtual teams
    6. Business writing and documentation
    7. Document management
    8. Training design and development
    9. Experience with large scale LMS (learning management system) such as Cornerstone
    10. Very good communication skills interfacing and building effective relationships with global and cross functional teams
    11. Good planning and Organization Skills
    12. Should be detail oriented
    13. s a self-starter and work towards fulfilling work before deadlines
