Job Description

    We have urgent requirement for Front Office Executive / Receptionist RoleQualification required from Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT)Experience: 3 Years in Hotel IndustryJob Location: Madhapur HitechcityRole Purpose: A Front office executive/Receptionist will deliver friendly, efficient customer experience & create a warm and welcoming atmosphereKey Responsibilities:1.Should be well groomed at any given point of time.2.Attending call and redirect them to respective stake holders / keeping messages.3. Making sure to demonstrate professional and polite responses while communicating on telephone.4.Client / visitor management Greeting the visitors and assisting them by providing the information needed or referring them to the respective clients / officials.5. Booking of conference rooms and checking the schedules of the conference rooms booked.6.Prepare and maintain various visitor documents, data collation / Admin requirements MIS, Conference room booking details, visitors data etc.7.VIP & Guests coordination Transport, visitor pass, arrangements / refreshments etc.8.Ensuring upkeep of the lobby and entrances. Lobby artifact inventory to be maintained9.Maintaining checklist for record keeping related to Lobby area / reception area.10.Ensure quick closures of the points which are open in the helpdesk logs related to lobby area.11.Coordinate for requirements of events planned in food courts.12.Manage confidential information with discretion always & should not collect any personal identifiable information13.Getting feedback from the visitors as per visitor management procedure.14.Participating in Emergency Evacuation procedures, Fire Drills. Should be part of emergency response team and guide evacuating employees to the emergency exit & assembly area.15.Identifying hazards, incidents in the lobby and surrounding areas and highlighting the same and get closures.Qualification & Specialization :Bachelor of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (BHMCT)Work Experience Requirements :3 years of work experience.
