    • The agent has to Support through Chat for Chat support
    • The agent has to respond to customer complaints in a professional manner
    • The agent has to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines The agent should have the ability to build rapport with the customer
    • The agent should have the ability to overcome objections and ask for businessRole & responsibilities
    Preferred candidate profile
    • Must be a Graduate or Undergraduate ( No Pursuing Candidate)
    • Minimum understanding of Customer Service & should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International Chat or Voice support role
    • Freshers with excellent verbal and written communication skills can also apply
    • Should be flexible to work for both Voice and Chat support
    • Immediate joiners are preferred
    • 100% work from the office
    • Willing to work 24-7 shifts (Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts and rotational shifts)
