Shell is focused on aligning and simplifying IT audit to increase business valueThe primary purpose of the role is to:Work on IT Audit and ITGC.Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiativesOperate, with support where needed across change management, SOX, Internal and external Audit.Technical Skills & ExperienceIndividual contributor in an IT team or small complexity project.Demonstrated evidence of end to end ITGC:IT Audit*SOX Audit*ITGC*Internal/External AuditChange ManagementISO270001Access Management.Soft Skills & ExperienceIndividual delivery of high impact change management activitiesWorking knowledge of change management for IT solutionsUnderstanding of Audit approachesProven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levelsAble to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change.Results/outcomes oriented, business value focusedConfident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environmentExcellent oral and written presentation skills
