Job Description

  • Gate meetings for Sales Representatives at the distributor point to discuss on the plan for the day, offers, margins and detailing on the focus brands
  • Sales Call along with one of the Sales Rep in that particular beat and providing on the job training and feedback on Call performance
  • Competitor Analysis: Collecting competitor product details, feedback on their products performance, marketing and promotional activities carried out by them
  • Marketing and branding activities: Ensuring merchandising activities like displays, free samples, on-the-spot demonstration, shelf spaces, special offers etc.
  • Sales Orders and Stock Checks at Distributor/ Stockiest points to ensure continuous supply of products in the Market
  • Maintaining and tracking performance reports, beat planning, addition and deletion of outlets, incentive calculation of SSMs, generating brand wise reports in terms of Volume and Value
  • Evaluating and planning based on the analysis and reports of the day. Training the team to give special focus to reach the weekly / Monthly / Quarterly Targets
