Role Description:* The Product Analyst collaborates with the Product Owner (PO) on requirements, backlog refinement, business value scoring, and success metrics* The Product Analyst must be aware about Salesforce CRM as a platform , governor limits , various features and licenses of the platform.* The Product Analyst must have a good knowledge of running SOQL via workbench / dev console or any salesforce other tools* The Product Analyst must have experience in Developing Splunk SPL Queries, Dashboards, Reports, Alerts, Visualizations and Optimize searches* The Product Analyst must be aware of Splunk Cloud & large distributed Splunk environment consisting of Search heads, Indexers* The Product Analyst should have experience in Designing, implementing and optimizing Splunk applications queries, knowledge objects, and data models* The Product Analyst collaborates with the Product Owner (PO) on requirements gathering process that accurately reflects business needs which includes: risk and impact analyses, as is and to be process documentation, agnostic of a specific technical solution* The Product Analyst will contribute to solution designs, testing plans, and execution, as well as the training, troubleshooting, and project management aspects of addressing business and operational needs.* Additionally, the candidate must have direct experience with Salesforce CRM with Service cloud exposure Job Qualifications:* 9+ years experience as an analyst, Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience* Utilizing various modeling techniques such as process modeling, data modeling, system modeling* Assist with operational process flows and solution designs* Participate in feature assessment, requirements gathering & documentation and use case definitions for techno-functional initiatives* Contributes to feature/function test objectives and scope* Troubleshooting, facilitating issue resolution, and suggesting techno-functional workarounds* Stakeholder Analysis identifying the stakeholders who will be impacted by the change and understand their influence and authority levels* Ability to ask questions that lead to an understanding of the business need rather than what they want* Organizational Analysis to identify current capabilities and identify opportunities for improvement.* Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:* 7-8 years experience, Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience* 4+ years in writing complex SPL queries* 3+ years experience Salesforce platform knowledge* Subject matter expertise in Salesforce CRM Platform will be preferred* Data analysis expertise, ideally with SOQL (SQL expertise and/or deep Salesforce reporting experience is also acceptable)* Strong understanding of Scrum and Lean/Agile methodologies Interested candidates please share your resumes to archana.pallam@varite.comSalary: Not Disclosed by RecruiterIndustry: IT-Software , Software Services Functional Area: IT Software - Application Programming , Maintenance Role Category: Programming & DesignRole: Product ManagerEmployment Type: Full Time, Temporary/Contractual ,
