Job Description

This position of Salesforce Developer will be responsible for end-to-end development of a product feature of Adobe Captive Prime.The candidate will be responsible for implementation of developing a custom learner experience for Adobe Captivate Prime digital learning platform, within Salesforce.com. The candidate will be responsible for requirement analysis/elaboration, design and technical specification and full-lifecycle product development activities and will need to partner effectively with other engineering teams, and partners as required. A team-player, collaboration-oriented, mindset is essential. The candidate will be responsible for implementing the feature in full compliance with coding standards as may be required by the Engineering team, while also being in adherence to the standards, conventions and best practices demanded by the Salesforce platform. Needless to say, the expectations on adherence to quality requirements and timeliness of delivery are critical.Skills:Requirements

  • The candidate should have 4+ yrs of overall IT experience with atleast 2+ years of experience developing applications running in Salesforce.com platform
  • The candidate must have experience of having worked on multiple releases of such salesforce applications, and also have experience with application packaging and deployment
Must have a strong grip on CRM fundamentals and domain knowledge related to Sales.
  • Strong experience in Lightning components, apex triggers, data loader, Visual Force,SDFC, Salesforce, apex, SFDC, salesforce integration and data modeling.
Strong experience in web application development technologies is essential (HTML5, JS and CSS).Functional understanding of Sales Cloud (Campaigns, Leads, Opportunity, Accounts, Quotes & Orders)Experience writing, validating, and troubleshooting XML schemas. Experience in service-oriented architecture, J2EE, Web Services (SOAP/REST). Experience with development using Eclipse and integration with versioning and build systems Adept in configuration management tools, and code review tools like GIT and Fisheye. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Desirable SkillsPreferably Force certified Developer - http://forcecertified.com/certifications/Eventually our application will have to be published to App Exchange.
