JD MANDATORY SKILL SET: Should be an individual contributor(Web content management experience would be an great advantage) Should be very good @CMS Experience in Reporting CMS knowledge if worked with WordPress and Joomla Experience in Campaign management, e-commerce platform is preferred Please do not share any SEO profiles GENERAL SUMMARY: The Site Merchandising Ops Snr Analyst will work as part of the Merchandising Operations team to set up, maintain and coordinate merchandising of configs/ordercodes/SnP SKUs available to customers via the Americas Dell.com websites, as well as selected merchandising/discounting visible to sales agents in offline sales tools. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ongoing governance of operational processes to ensure constant levels of productivity & on-time delivery Identifying & acting upon opportunities for process improvements on an ongoing basis Manage relationships with key stakeholder teams Dealing with stakeholder / executive escalations Setup & maintenance of online merchandising content using the Dell CMS (Content Management System) & Workbench tools The definition of online merchandising includes the following items: o Management of ordercode lineups on Deals & Featured Systems page o Banner localization & publishing o Content fragment publishing o Landing page creation & maintenance o Deals tab maintenance o Proactive chat maintenance o Other miscellaneous content maintenance: Floating toolbar, Utility bar, Other Ways to Shop fragment, etc. Support for New Product Launch / cycle refresh, to include all above tasks Demand/Supply manage ordercode and SKU lineups based on inventory levels Flawless execution of merchandising content to align with ongoing marketing activity: weekly promo go-lives, monthly refreshes & ad-hoc promo campaigns (Days of Deals, etc) Working closely with the US Online teams to ensure that accurate and up-to-date inputs are provided and ensure merchandising can happen in sync with the ordercode merchandising performed by the Merch Ops team or SKU updates as and when required by marketing teams. The team will support Americas regions, across all segments. The team will also support all lines of business: tablets, gaming, notebooks, desktops, servers, printers, etc. The role will involve interactions with the following teams: o Merchandising Operations (Merch Ops) o Online Content Merchandising Managers (CMMs) o Sales Catalog Team o Global Audit/Quality team SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have previous experience of working in a product expert or data-oriented environment with a strong focus on leadership, accuracy, quality and hitting tight deadlines. Good communication skills, good team working skills and an attitude of supporting continuous improvement will be necessary to work closely with the Merch Ops team and other key stakeholders.
