--SAP S/4HANA Performance Test Analyst Technical Competencies: Minimum of 6+ years of mandatory hands-on Performance Testing and Performance Engineering experience in large scale SAP and Web applications.-Core Skills - Strong knowledge of industry standard performance testing tools such as HP Load Runner, Neoload and JMeter.Strong knowledge in developing Test Scripts using the chosen Performance Testing Tool / Solution.Experience working with multiple stake holders and business units in orchestrating performance tests and identifying bottlenecks at the code level.Experience in monitoring, analysis of performance test results and performance engineering. Experience working with load generating tools, memory/CPU profilers and performance monitoring tools.Exposure to Profiling and/ or Deep Diagnostics tools like New Relic, App Dynamics, Introscope, Dynatrace etc.Experience in deriving Performance Testing Strategy and Executions from start to finish with minimal or no supervision.Experience in identifying performance bottlenecks, identifying memory leaks, scalability issues. Consider Infrastructure and Application metrics to identify potential bottlenecks. Recommend next course of action as needed.Knowledge on SAP/S4HANA applications.Strong knowledge of Testing concepts, troubleshooting skills and Test life cycle.Proficiency in hardware, software and/or operating systems environments.Passionate, Creative with strong Problem-Solving skills.Self-starter with ability to work with stakeholders through day to day problems.Good to have skillsExposure on evaluating Performance as part of Continuous Integration.Good Understanding of Web Based Applications and Technologies.Knowledge on Salesforce platform and handling Apex code.Deep knowledge of Java programming language and design patterns from a performance point of view.Should have Database and SQL knowledge.Exposure to Agile methodologies.Exposure to JIRA tool.Other SkillsExcellent written and oral communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing business environment.Flexibility, Agility and Adaptability are must haves to be successful in this role.Team player & ability see tasks through to completion to required quality and timescaleAbility to work under pressure and to agreed deadlines.Interpersonal & problem-solving skills with analytical and decision-making skills.Interested Candidate drop cv at infoosmgmt16@gmail.comor call 8750778605
