Job Description

Job Tile: SeniorManager Real Estate SalesNo. of positions: 2Location: HyderabadExperience: 6 to 10 YearsEducation Qualification: Any Graduate/ MBA (Marketing)preferableJob Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PMSaturday Sunday working (6 days working) Week off: (Tuesday) -

  • Design and implementsales&marketingstrategies in line with the Company Business Objectives.
  • Formulate and execute sales plan to achieve requiredsalestargetson monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of sales teams and initiate corrective actions for improvement of performance.
  • Adhere to thesalesprocess and maintain lead pipeline from various sources like inbound calls, website and customer references and convert them intosales.
  • Participate in property shows in the city and develop lead base.
  • Conduct road shows and corporate meets and do project presentations at their office premises for leads.
  • Generate leads through existing customer references, employee references and channel partners.
  • Present the project visually and orally to make an impact on the customer and conduct a site visit and convince him to buy the property.
  • Work closely with Corporate Marketing Team to blend the directsales/marketingrequirements with broader communications strategy and creation of product collateral.
  • Prepare budget estimates for salesandmarketingcampaigns and initiatives with ROI matrix.
  • Prepare & submit required MIS reports periodically.
Desired Profile:- Should have good Team Management Skills.- Should have good knowledge & understanding of Real Estate sales & marketing.- Should have excellent communication skills with knowledge of Telugu, Hindi & English languages.- Should be able to train, motivate and mentor his/her team members. -Should have good presentation and demonstration skills. - Should have own conveyance with valid driving license.
