Job Description

Roles and ResponsibilitiesHIS Skill Set

  • Effectively interacting with clients for business requirement and specification analysis.
  • Skilled in Requirement Management.
  • UAT Testing & Bug tracking.
  • Post GO-Live support
  • Healthcare Domain exposure includes functionality and analysis of healthcare business process.
  • Understanding of HL7 and PACS.
  • Good exposure to Clinical Master Data.
  • Active contribution in the design, testing, troubleshooting & debugging of the process, post implementation,
  • Application maintenance and enhancement support to the client for the product
  • Worked on web based applications like RIS which is used for reporting.
  • Worked on client based applications like HIS/HMS application.
  • Provided optimal software support for all the defects and user-issues from external and internal clients and extended support via On-call processes and mail.
  • Thorough understanding of the Hospital Operations.
  • Troubleshooting issues and coordinating with Dev/Test teams on application install.
  • Proficient problem-solver who envisions business and technical perspectives to Design workable solutions. Work in team, independently, with distributed teams and onsite team setting to deliver results. Ensure key deliverable meet the timelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Any Graduate /post Graduate in Computer Applications
  • Any Hospital Information System/Hospital Management system support experience : 1-2 Years(min.)
  • MS SQL basic knowledge
