Roles and ResponsibilitiesHe/ She shall be responsible for coordination of medical treatment between the Treating Consultant, Nursing Team and the patient. SR shall provide a continuous on-site medical support service to meet the needs of patients, consultants and nursing staff. This includes emergency procedures and providing a general service to all clinical areas. SR shall ensure timely evaluation & daily visit to each patient under their specialty. SR shall ensure proper documentation of patients case file.
