Job Description

    Job responsibilities Executes software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with ability to think beyond routine or conventional approaches to build solutions or break down technical problems Creates secure and high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run synchronously with appropriate systems Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while being accountable for ensuring design constraints are met by software code development Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and develops visualizations and reporting from large, diverse data sets in service of continuous improvement of software applications and systems Proactively identifies hidden problems and patterns in data and uses these insights to drive improvements to coding hygiene and system architecture Contributes to software engineering communities of practice and events that explore new and emerging technologies Adds to team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • BE/BTECH degree or equivalent experience
    • At least 15+ years of hands on software development experience
    • Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages Core Java, Spring frameworks, REST API, Micro services.
    • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
    • Experience with the following development and build tools (or similar): IntelliJ/Eclipse, Maven, BitBucket/Git/Gitflow, JMeter/Pasta/Blazemeter, Spring Framework, Hibernate, Spring Batch, Spring Boot, MVC and Spring Cloud
    • Experience in API Gateways, Apache Kafka
    • Advanced knowledge of application, data and infrastructure architecture disciplines
    • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
    • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
    • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
    • Passionate about building an innovative culture
    • Good analytical and technical problem-solving skills
    • Good written and oral communication capabilities
    • Ability to quickly learn new product or skill, enthusiastic about emerging technologies
