Job Description

    Job Title: AR Caller US Healthcare (Provider Side) | SPE/SMELocation: HyderabadShift: Night ShiftExperience: Minimum 2 YearsCTC: Up to 8 LPAMandatory Requirement:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in US Healthcare AR Calling (Provider Side).
    • Candidates with Hospital Billing (HB) or Physician Billing (PB) experience are eligible.
    • Experience in Provider-side AR is mandatory.

    Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Manage end-to-end AR follow-up for provider-side accounts.
    • Follow up with US insurance companies on unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims.
    • Analyze claim denials and initiate appeals or corrective actions.
    • Resolve billing and reimbursement issues to maximize collections.
    • Meet productivity, quality, and collection targets.
    • Maintain accurate documentation while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
    Required Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and AR Calling.
    • Hands-on experience in denial management, appeals, and insurance follow-ups.
    • Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Willingness to work in permanent night shifts.
