    Job DescriptionPosition: US HELOC (Home Equity Line of Credit) Loan Operations SpecialistLocation: HyderabadExperience: 1 6 YearsSalary: Up to 8 LPAShift: Night Shift / US ShiftEducation: Graduate (Banking / Finance / Commerce Preferred)Role OverviewWe are hiring experienced professionals for US HELOC / Mortgage Loan Operations with expertise in handling loan processing, complex HELOC cases, disbursement, insurance, and closing workflows. Candidate will act as Subject Matter Expert and support quality, escalations, and process improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesHELOC Operations
    • Handle complex and exception-driven HELOC cases across the lifecycle
    • Review title discrepancies and curative requirements
    • Manage appraisal exceptions and escalations
    • Resolve flood and hazard insurance issues impacting HELOC eligibility
    • Ensure closing package readiness and documentation accuracy
    • Validate disbursement and funding conditions
    Account Support Services
    • Handle servicing escalations and complex service requests
    • Ensure timely resolution of small business servicing activities
    Quality / Process Support
    • Act as first-level escalation for SLA, quality, and process deviations
    • Perform quality reviews and provide coaching feedback
    • Support SOP updates, training, and knowledge transfer initiatives
    Required Experience
    • 1 to 6 years of experience in US HELOC / Mortgage / Secured Lending Operations
    • Strong hands-on experience in HELOC processing and closing workflows
    • Good understanding of loan lifecycle, mortgage servicing, and documentation
