The purpose of the job is to identify and recruit the best of available talents for assigned mandates received from respective clients / key accounts at the shortest possible time, with a focus on quality. Manage and execute end to end recruitment process from resourcing, searching, screening, target hunting, negotiating and recruiting candidates for varied IT skills. Thorough knowledge of resourcing, recruitment & head hunting strategies is a MUST. Use effective resourcing strategies such as Job Portals, Internet sourcing, Networking. Negotiate & finalize compensation of candidates Liaison with the resources after their recruitment for the following: Address Grievances, Re- deputation on Projects etc Manage full life cycle recruitment process of IT Professionals (active & passive candidates) for contract, contract to hire & Permanent positions in a time- sensitive environment. Rate/ salary negotiation, coordinate and schedule interviews, handle compensation issues, extend job offers and follow through. Maintain a comprehensive database of all IT professionals with varied backgrounds and expertise. Build and maintain relationships with managers, administrators and sales professionals to provide a seamless recruiting process. Aggressively work through Portals and Social Networking sites to identify candidates with correct skill set Screen and evaluate candidate communication skills, verify visa status, confidence level, and work towards on- boarding paperwork. Negotiate and finalize W2/ 1099/ C2C terms with the candidates or vendors. Complete necessary paper- work with all parties in recruitment cycle. Should have excellent communication skills with high energy levels and enthusiasm. Should be highly networked, target driven, proactive and a positive attitude team player.
