Our India office is in Begumpet, Hyderabad and our US office is Minneapolis MN .We are in Immediate need of a US IT Recruiter who can start right away without notice after an offer made . Swarasoft / Visual Consultants Inc is growing rapidly and we are hiring multiple Senior Recruiters and Junior Recruiters to support our business growth. We are currently hiring the following profiles to fill these open positions: Experienced US IT recruiters with good sourcing, technology and communication skills , We have an Immediate need of 5 recruiters .

  • Please Note: US IT Recruiter job will require you to work from 7:30 to 4:30 .
  • Benefits : Working only with Direct clients , Pay on Time , Lucrative Incentives , Additional bonus on more placements .
JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a US IT Recruiter at Swarasoft / Visual Consultants Inc you will be a social connector. You will be the person who helps companies find their dream candidates, and candidates find their dream companies. You will engage with the best and brightest of talent across the world, and help them find their next career break. On a day to day basis, you will end up doing the following tasks:
  • Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using computer databases, networking, internet recruiting resources, cold calls, media and referrals
  • Leverage various job portals e.g. Dice, Monster, Career Builder Indeed etc.
  • Make as many as calls to get the best possible submission and send tons of emails to get the right talent
  • Engage with potential candidates as per client requirement, including skills, education, experience and competency
  • Conduct phone screens to assess candidate interest and competence
  • Negotiate compensation with candidates, extend offers, facilitate the placement of candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in that area
