Job Description

    Candidate Criteria:
    • Educational Qualification: B.Tech (Mandatory)
    • Exceptional English communication skills
    • Shift: 6:30PM - 3:30AM
    Responsibilities
    • Market bench consultants.
    • Maintain active bench list.
    • Expertise in Placing CPT, OPT EAD and H1B Transfers.
    • Develop cordial relationship with tier1 vendors and get more number ofrequirements from them.
    • Quickly update the resume as per requirement and submit to vendor.
    • Monitor and capture the new areas of market.
    • Develop new business areas, tier1 vendors.
    • Cold calling.
    • Updating resumes in all job boards.
    • Constantly updating the vendor database.
    • Create vendor database client wise, region wise.
    • Tools: Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
