Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • Reviews and classifies applications/resumes for qualifications of available openings.
    • Sourcing from Job Portals, Making job postings on the Job Portal.
    • Assist recruiter team mates as needed to help them find candidates when needed
    • Provides information on job opportunities to potential candidates and guidance to eventual applicants.
    • Utilize job boards, referrals, and other creative means like internet sites, social sites, personal network to source candidates.
    • Build the recruiting database by adding candidate details as well as keeps updated daily.
    • Conduct regular follow ups with the relationship managers to keep them apprised of status, roadblocks, unanswered questions, clarifications, etc.
    • Develop recruitment strategy and comprehensive recruitment planning and effectively collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with both external and internal hiring efforts.
    • Comfortable to Work from Office.
    • Good English & Communication Skills is a must.
