Job Description

    Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably for US clients. Knowledge of non-IT domains such as Engineering, Healthcare, and Finance. Expertise in using job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source and identify candidates. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and clients. Experience in recruitment compliance and maintaining candidate records. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask. Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Experience with US recruitment laws and regulations is a plus. Passion for recruitment and a commitment to providing quality staffing solutions to clients.,
