I still remember the first day at Office which was luckily a sports day for the entire team. I saw energy , team work and passion on day 1 at the office. I spent a good 6 months as an intern before taking up the role of IT Project manager in Jan 2014 in India. Each day was about making choices that helps our customers better interact with sports. In Decathlon we believe in Zig Zag career growth. Having spent one year and half in India , I got an opportunity to be part of the biggest project for Decathlon Retail in France. This has immensely added value to my professional growth. Today I am back in India and my team is responsible to ensure that each online orders are delivered efficiently to the customers. For me Decathlon is a way of life and not just an organisation I am part of.
