Job Description

    • UX Design:
      • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights and define user personas.
      • Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize the user journey and interaction design.
      • Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure a seamless user experience from concept to execution.
      • Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and findings.
    • UI Design:
      • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
      • Develop UI elements, including icons, buttons, and visual assets, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
      • Implement responsive design principles to ensure usability across different devices and screen sizes.
      • Create interactive prototypes using design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
    • Collaboration & Communication:
      • Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between design and business goals.
      • Present design concepts, ideas, and solutions to internal stakeholders, gathering feedback and making adjustments as needed.
      • Work closely with developers to ensure design integrity and a smooth handoff during the development process.
