Job Description

    • User Research & Analysis:
      • Conduct user research (e.g., user interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
      • Create user personas and journey maps to inform design decisions.
      • Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs to improve user experience.
    • Wireframing & Prototyping:
      • Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts.
      • Develop interactive prototypes to visualize user flows and interactions.
      • Iterate and refine designs based on feedback from users and stakeholders.
    • UI Design:
      • Design visually appealing, clean, and functional user interfaces that align with the companys brand and user needs.
      • Work closely with developers to ensure the designs are implemented accurately and consistently.
      • Create design systems, style guides, and component libraries for scalability and consistency.
    • Collaboration & Communication:
      • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to define project requirements and deliver design solutions that meet business goals.
      • Communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and developers, ensuring the smooth handoff of designs.
      • Participate in design reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers.
    • Usability & Accessibility:
      • Ensure designs are accessible to users with disabilities by adhering to WCAG standards.
      • Conduct usability testing to gather insights and improve user experience.
