UX Designer JD Work with clients and stakeholders to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet their needs and vision Provide innovative design solutions for our healthcare ecosystem containing advanced IOT devices, mobile applications and other interactive platforms. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to design and support new features and enhancements. Be the primary point of contact for the Design Team Lead the UX architecture reviews Design the overall functionality of the product in order to ensure a great user experience and iterate on it in accordance with user-testing. Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences. Identify design problems and provide innovative solutions. Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to functions and features. Lead the team in in adopting a user-centered design approach. Manage brand guidelines across all products. Clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. Define the design KPIs and success criteria. Strictly adhere to all licensing, regulatory and security guidelines. Train and mentor the junior team members Stay up to date on knowledge in the industry s latest trends and technologies.
