About the Role:We are looking for a talented designer to design the UI + UX of IMIconnect An Omni- channel communication platform and iterate upon to ensure a great user experience. The ideal candidate should be able to translate high- level requirements into interaction flows and artefacts and transform them into intuitive and functional user interfaces.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product managers and UI developers to define and implement innovative solutions for the product requirements. Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback Execute visual design stages from concept to final hand- off to engineering Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. Create wireframes , storyboards , user flows , process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas. Create UI mockups and interactions. Study user interactions and determine points of friction to be eliminated through design revisions. Establish and promote design guidelines , best practices and standardsRequirements:Years of Exp: 1- 3 Years A portfolio or samples of work demonstrating relevant experience (Dribbble/ Behance Profile) Portfolio should contain web based product designs rather than art work/ graphic design. People who have worked in B2B companies. (preferred) Experienced as user experience designer , interaction designer , information architect or similar UX- related role. Experience working in Agile/ Scrum development process. Proven experience using tools such as Sketch (mandatory) , Illustrator , Principle , InVision etc. Ability to prototype in HTML , JavaScript , CSS is a plus. A bachelors degree in interaction design , human- computer interaction (HCI) , or related UX degree is ideal but not mandatory. Hands- on in designing digital products (web , mobile and other platforms) An understanding and appreciation of the design process. An inclination in understanding user needs by conducting usability studies , performing user research etc. Must haves - A sense of good aesthetics , a knack for problem solving , curiosity and empathy for users. Experience in designing for SaaS products is a plus.,
