    Job Code : JN/45415/2013 Function area : Shipping/Logistics Contact Person : karthik Industry type : Shipping/FF Position : karthik Work Experience : 3 to 6 Status : active Job description : Designation: Customer Services Executive Loaction: Hyderabad The synopsis is as under For Imports 1) Following up with carriers for arrival notices. Corresponding with agents regarding discrepancies in debit notes and documentations. 2) Sending arrival notices to customers. 3) Issuing cargo release to consignees. 4) Filing Pre alerts recd from overseas agents. 5) Responsible for documentation including HBL preparation. 6) Co-coordinating with Overseas Agent s for various documentation issues 7) Handling nominated shipments & direct MBLs as well. 8) Responsible for sending Pre-alerts. 9) Responsible for the daily updates to shippers. 10) Updating customer about status & ask them for Invoices & Packing List details. 11) Filing IGM with the carriers. Export 1) Placing bookings with Carriers. 2) Ensure the Rates are in place. 3) Follow up with the customer / carrier for the container status 4) Ensure BL is released within the timelines. 5) All cost/revenue are booked within the timelines. 6) Nil outstanding from carrier/ Customer 7) All kpis to be achieved. 8) Co-coordinating with Overseas Agent s for various documentation issue. 9) Handling nominated shipments & direct MBLs as well . 10) Responsible for sending Pre-alerts. 11) Responsible for the daily updates to shippers.,
