Work location : Hyderabad Mode: (SK Vedainfo payrolls) Job role: SAP PP Consultants Senior PP Consultant with 5 - 7 years of SAP with minimum 2 SAP E2E implementation experience and good domain experience (2+ years). SAP HANA Migration, Implementation and rollout experience minimum of 1 project in each. Functional Requisites: Masters: Material, All types BOM, Routing, Recipe, Work center, Capacity, Hierarchy, Line Design, Rate routing, Standard triggering points * Planning: Production planning with material forecast, Demand management, long term planning, Master production scheduling, Sales planning, DRP, Shop floor & Control, Capacity planning MRP procedures and Lot sizing with rounding profiles MTS and MTO planning Strategies Subcontracting process Repair and rework process By product and co product in PP manufacturing cycle. Product Cost planning, Material Costing, Reference and Simulation costing Batch Management and Batch Derivation using Batch Search Strategy and Sort Strategy The candidate should have handled co-products and by products. Basic understanding and knowledge on APO. Able to provide solutioning on customized solutions Candidate must have Integration knowledge with SD, CO, MM, QM and PM modules Able to create LSMW, iDoc, BAPIs etc., Prepare Functional Specification, Test scripts and project related documents (BRD, BBP, BPML, etc.,) Solution manager handling.
