Experience, Qualifications, Skills and Abilities Product delivery management - at least ten years experience working in an IT service delivery or service level management role, preferably in Banking & Financial Services in an international firm. Domain expertise in Global Markets & trading technologies (like FX, Rates, and Money Markets) with hands- on experience in building electronic trading platforms and components is most preferable. Must have a broad and sufficiently deep understanding of building J2EE full stack applications, Architecture, Micro- Services, Design, & Performance tuning. Have at least 4- 5 years of international assignment experience with very strong communication skills Strong leadership skills with ability to work in a high pressured and time sensitive environment A Bachelor s degree or higher A solid understanding of business continuity planning / disaster recovery from a technology perspective Experience working with local & remote teams and Vendor management Ability to articulate technology matters with the business and vice versa. Focus and desire to deliver high quality service. Must be able to establish and report on key performance indicators. Proven track record of building and maintaining inter- and intra- team relationships.,
