Job Description Vice President Sales - HyderabadIndustry - Real Estate (Residential Sales)Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Take a leadership role for the sales team members in setting a positive, nurturing climate of care, success and data/metrics-driven environment for team members
  • Set clear goals on individual and collective ground, delegate tasks and set deadlines
  • Monitor team performance and report, recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
  • Train and Coach the sales team to make sure that targets are achieved within set timeline
  • Determining property buyers needs and financial abilities to propose residential projects/properties that suit them
  • Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the specified area/city
  • Developing relationships with builders and investors and end-customers and aggressively achieving the sales target
  • Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory
  • Conducting market review/studies and analyzing competitors activities thereby devising strategies to counter them
  • Continuous follow-up with the buyers for their requirements.
  • Coordination with various functions/departments at various stages of the assigned project (like customer service development, projects, legal, accounts, etc)
  • Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
  • Report on sales activities to senior management
  • Compiling and analyzing sales figures, collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Coordinating the marketing department to focus on special projects
Must Haves:
  • Candidates preferred from Real Estate industry Only
  • 6+ Years of proven real-estate experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client needs
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work remotely and independently; meeting timelines and deliverable
  • Well organized, self-disciplined and professional
