Inviting applications for the role of VP, Training and Quality As a TQP Leader, you will work with your teams to build frameworks on learner-centric training strategies. You will analyze trends and future launches to anticipate learnings needs and advocate the continual improvement of the agent experience with wellness centered performance evaluations systems.Working with cross-functional teams, you will create project plans, review the design and deploy solutions with an ability to quantify results and share qualitative insights and collaborate with operations teams to ensure smooth delivery to our service delivery center. You will report the progress and quantify the impact to understand and share its effectiveness that impact the community. Additionally, you will contribute excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, networking, and communications (written and verbal) skills. Responsibilities Consult with business partners and stakeholders to determine the most effective business strategy to support products and workflowsIdentify, Analyze, ability to Prioritize and build strategies to improve business outcomes with agilityAnalyze trends in quality results, product launches, Pilots and anticipate learning needs, and devise appropriate training interventions with the team to support the operational teamsBuild a culture of ideation and share insights that help fix broken process and amend changes in Policy and workflowsLead the development and implementation of process frameworks on Quality Training and Policy interventions that drive business outcomesCollaborate with internal and external teams (client) to cohesively partner towards a common goalInnovate using Digital tools to help improve upstream and downstream processTrack and monitor performance towards key metrics, deliver and implement improvement strategies and develop solutions to optimize team workflows to improve effectiveness measuresHandle issues with fast turnaround team to define the best plan and implement fast. Provide timely updates to executivesProvide exceptional people management, mentorship and career development to members of your team, including managers and Reps, achieve low attrition levels and high employee engagementDrive operations teams to deliver continuous improvement and productivity/quality gainsFlag and call out business risks timely to Business/Client Qualifications Minimum qualificationsBachelors degree in Education, related field or equivalent practical experience.Experience managing cross-functional projects with delivery in organizations.Operational experience, i.e., frontline operations, implementing strategies, working with cross-functional partners.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsEmpathy for the community platform and passion to create an exceptional experience and provide outstanding supportAdaptable and energized by a fast-paced environment Preferred qualifications Dynamic leader with experience and passion for managing large and diverse teams across multiple sites in a fast paced environment, able to deal with rapid change and ambiguityExcited to be part of a global operations teams, design effective business operations, tackle complex problems, and develop individual team members,
