  • Knowledge on cell culture techniques like Revival, Maintenance, freezing of cell lines; and preparation of culture flasks and plates.
  • Molecular and Cell based Method development and qualifications.
  • Documentation/Compilation of data for routine work as per the regulatory norms
  • Inventory management at the facilit
  • Qualification, Operation and Maintenance of equipments like Bio-safety cabinet, Microscope,qPCR etc
  • Hands on experience in molecular techniques like SDS PAGE, Agarose gel electrophoresis and qPC
  • Knowledge on GMP/ GLP and 21CFRPossess the knowledge and exposure to Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) practices.
  • Follow Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS) requirements at all times in the workplace ensuring individual and lab/plant safety.
  • Attend training on Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability (EHSS)
