Job Description

Job Role:

Conduct a virtual consultation on the designated days
Follow all standard MCI guidelines during and after consultation
Meet all targets as required
Understanding of all quality parameters
Being available for the agreed working hours
Safeguarding the rights and privacies of the patient
Recognizing symptoms and signs of various illness and injuries to order appropriate tests and prescribe treatments and diagnostics
Creating care plans
Counseling patients on preventive healthcare practices
Using electronic medical records systems
Understanding proper format for patient note documentation
Keep up to date with Medical Developments, Treatment & Medication updates
Follow all organization policies and rules as defined

Skill Set:

Basic computer proficiency
Good communication and Interpersonal skills
Flexible to work in any shift.
Should be proficient in Telugu and English, Hindi
Effective decision-making skills
