Customer Service:Be acquainted with and apply the company's customer service methods Be acquainted with thespecific needs of the customers and be able to meet them3.Visual Merchandise:Be acquainted with and apply the company's basic Visual Merchandising techniques. Be acquaintedwith, implement and be able to improvise visual merchandising standards to improve product displayand jewellery store image Analyze and display jewellery product in accordance with the pictures sentfrom head office Manage and optimize fixtures and space for the stores4. Product Reception:Be acquainted with, apply and manage the product delivery process Be acquainted with, apply andmanage the replenishment proceduresQualifications And SkillsBachelor's degree in fashion technology, from a recognized institute, or a related field. Proven experience (1-4 years) as a visual merchandiser or in a similar role within thejewellery industry. Proficiency in Corel Draw, Photoshop, Microsoft Word, and Excel. Strong research, organizational, and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of fashion trends and product communications Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality, design aesthetics, and market demands.Exp in retail/Jewlry sectorPlease find the job description attached for more details.
