Job Description

    Role :Salesforce Vlocity Lead / ArchitectRequirements:
    • 7 years of Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities).
    • Strong experience in Vlocity implementation, with at least one full-cycle project.
    • Expertise in the Telecom/Healthcare domain is highly preferred.
    • Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Proficiency in Omni Script, Vlocity Card UI, Data Raptor, and Vlocity DX.
    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead or support Vlocity implementations from start to finish.
    • Develop custom solutions using Salesforce and Vlocity tools.
    • Build advanced layouts, portals, and processes with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
    • Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
    • Follow Salesforce best practices and provide solution estimates.
    Preferred Certifications:
    • Salesforce App Builder
    • Platform Developer I
    • Vlocity Developer Certified
    • Salesforce CPQ Cloud
