Job Description

Role Summary/Purpose: The individual will be responsible to manage/lead the activities of Enterprise Servicing Applications & Innovation Station in India. The primary focus of this role will be to collaborate with different functions across IT and business, and work with the teams to implement solutions, projects and programs. The person will also the manage different agile teams working out of Innovation Station and will be also be responsible for development with emerging technologies.Essential Responsibilities:

  • Manage/lead the EO Engineering Team to drive solutioning and maintenance of Enterprise Servicing Applications.
  • Manage/lead/prioritize the activities of India Innovation station by collaborating with business and IT partners
  • Maintain expertise in functions, processes and systems supporting Retail Finance Credit Card s Operations and Collections platforms
  • Responsible for the development and support of Call Center cloud & web-based applications
  • Lead the AGILE team of developers for end to end implementation of projects and application support
  • Lead onsite diagnosis and resolution of IT related issues using the standard diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Work with Business, PMO and relevant IT teams to implement solutions for cloud, Micro-services and web projects
  • Develop and implement best practices for SDLC.
  • Identify new opportunities to drive system improvements and simplifications.
  • Ensure compliance with security, compliance, architecture, and technology standards.
  • Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field with 12 years of IT experience.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with web-based technologies supporting Java based systems on UNIX/LINUX environments
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Servicing Applications and Systems Architecture.
  • Good understanding of SDLC processes (waterfall and Agile) and release management processes
  • Good knowledge on new technologies like AI/ML, Cloud and Micro-services
  • Willing to work flexible shift timings to be able to respond to emergencies
