Job Description

    Greetings from Intouch CX! We are hiring for International Voice/Chat Process for Customer Support/Sales Support/Technical SupportBoth Immediate Joiners & Notice Period Candidates Will Be Eligible (No more than 10 days NP) Candidates can walk in on 23rd August2023 (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM) Maximus Towers 2A- 4th Floor, Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Madhapur, Hyderabad-500081 Telangana, India(Work From Office & 2 ways Cab provided)Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Support through Chat & Call.
    • Carry sales or customer support experience. (Preferrable)
    • Respond to customer complaints in a professional manner; attempt to resolve complaints successfully in accordance with established guidelines.
    • Previous relevant experience.
    • Ability to build rapport with the customer.
    • Ability to overcome objections and ask for business.
    Key Skills:
    • Preferred candidates with an understanding on eCommerce websites.
    • Knowledge of mobile/computing products.
    • Any Sales Experience preferable.
    • Should possess effective written communication skills and comprehension skills.
    • Excellent Typing Speed: (At least 30 wpm).
    • Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills, team player.
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Graduation Not Required (No UG backlogs & not pursuing any regular studies).
    • Freshers with Excellent Speaking & Written Skills can also apply.
    • Minimum understanding of Customer Service.
    • Immediate joiners are preferred.
    • Willing to work in Night Shifts/ Late Night Shifts (24-7 Shifts)
