Core HR 2. SSHR 3. Fusion Talent Management 4. Fusion CompensationKnowledge in SQL, PLSQL report would be preferred.3.HRMS Functional: Experience 5-8yearsLocation Bangalore/HyderabadNP :: 0-60 days max1. Should have worked on most of the Modules Core HR/SSHR/Exit-Separation / Absence / Time & Labour 2. Preferred working experience of 4 8 years in R123. Worked in at least 1 Implementation or Upgrade project in R124. Having Domain experience of minimum 1 Year will be added advantage.5. Good Understanding of Business Flows and processes6. Willing to work in shifts and operations support4.PeopleSoft HCM Technical OR Techno-Functional Position Experience : 4 8 yearsRotational ShiftNP :: 0-60 days MaxNote :: Experience in NA or TAM is must.The primary purpose of this position is to manage and maintain the PeopleSoft HCM Applications Systems.The position focuses on PeopleSoft HCM Applications 8.x or 9.x Applications, including Core HR, Base Benefits, Benfits Admin, NA Payroll and TAM modules.Diagnose and resolve PeopleSoft related issues to ensure the accuracy of business systems. Interact with business system users in this effort.Participate in development of system test plans and acceptance criteria.Provide PeopleSoft Application Managed services by acting as Technical Analyst in PeopleSoft HCM Modules troubleshoot issues and assist in stabilizing the applications during & post go-live phase.Clear, effective and pro-active communication with the PM, Team Members and Client Business Users.Work with the client business users to identify possible improvements in the Customized Objects / Process.We are looking for a great team player with Can-Do attitude.Modules:Mandatory : Benefits Administration , Candidate Gateway , E Performance, HRMS Portal Pack , Human Resources, Payroll North America, PS HRMS Core, Secure Enterprise Search , Talent Acquisition Manager & Time And Labor.Nice to have : Directory Interface, E benefits, E Pay, E profile.,
