    • Build in-depth market, brand and consumer understanding of the assigned product categories
    • Develop new customers and distributors and work closely with existing local customers and distributors in Hyderabad, Telangana, Karnataka, Tamilnadu
    • Manage & support local projects (proactive/reactive) to meet deadlines and customers requirements, by identifying their needs.
    • Research new sources of trend information and analyze new product launch information to understand consumer preferences and behaviours
    • Use market and consumer knowledge and insights to actively seek new opportunities
    • Lead and manage projects to ensure that they meet customers requirements by working closely with technical, consumer research and marketing teams.
    • Monitor account sales performance (monthly/ quarterly/annually) and provide strategic project updates to line management.
    • Identify areas for continuous improvements and implement efficient and smart ways of working
    • Coordinate win/loss analysis and share project learning via a knowledge management system with the support of line management.
    Required Academics & Skills
    • The candidate should be in Hyderabad
    • Experience and contact with local customers and distributor
    • Passionate about Flavours and ability, or interest in learning to recognize olfactive notes, Taste profiles of flavours
    • Professionalism to deliver the agreed output as per an aligned timeline with stakeholders
    • Strong desire to learn from key successes and failures to seek continuous improvement
    • Very good team player with a positive Can Do attitude & collaborative mindset
    • Should be willing to travel around and if required relocate
    • Ability to manage challenging deadlines and heavy workload
    • Good communication (written & verbal) skills in English and proficiency in the local language.
    • Working knowledge of flavours market in Southern India.
