        • Key Responsibilities : Roles: Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge Must Have skills: Storage administration Good to Have Skills : Backup administration, NAS Architecture and Design, NetApp Data Management Cloud Storage Solutions, Storage
        • Technical Experience : 1 Should have sound experience in Cluster mode , Disk technologies, RAID Levels, Snapshot/Snapmirror technologies and NDMP 2 Good knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI and FCP protocols 3 Experience with installation, configuration and management of storage arrays and switches expected 4 Experience with Brocade SAN Switches 5 Experience on Storage Pools, Tiering, LUN masking and zoning 6 Should have knowledge about the ITIL frameworks
        • Professional Attributes : 1 Must Have Skills: NetApp C Dot 2 Good to Have Skills: EMC Storage 3 Readiness working in 247 support model 4 Good communication 5 Working on multiple tools/products as per requirement 6 Willingness to learn and grow
      • Educational Qualification : Standard 15 years of education with bachelors in relevant field
