        • Key Responsibilities : A Work Experience:4-5 years Must-Have Skills: SAP HCM Time Management B Good To Have Skills: SAP HCM Time Management, PCRs and Schemas C Defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines D Analyze new business requirements and changes to existing functionalities
        • Technical Experience : A minimum of 4 to 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration on Manage Data/Time sheet Data CAT2 and CAT3 B Good Experience in Master data correction for Attendance and Absences C Update of Absences/Attendances and check Time evaluation errors D Time Sheet Process Daily and Monthly phase E Cost allocation and TS Errors Management F Good skills in PCRs, Schemas and Workscheduels
        • Professional Attributes : A Good Communication Skills B Positive Attitude toward work C Sense of initiative and autonomy D Proactive
