You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and smooth operation of various digital projects, including site launches.For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help us achieve our business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent project and time management skills. You should use your communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams. Ultimately, you should be able to manage and deliver our projects digital lifecycle within quality, time and budget requirements.The ideal candidate for this role should be an expert in web design, user experience, CRO and site performance. This is a hands-on, design-focused and technical role for someone who wants to develop their skills. within a fast-moving, multi-functional environment. They will be passionate for the art of marketing and the video game industry and will have an abundance of ideas for delivering creative B2B and B2C online marketing effectively.You will be working with our marketing leads, our in-house graphics, content and video teams, and be responsible for a team of people dedicated to web development.Responsibilities: Provide end-to-end project management on all web projects. Manage our company websites, including project management of related initiatives to optimize and improve our online presence in multiple languages and locations. Responsible for the development, maintenance, deployment and functionality of our websites, hosting and servers. Scope project requirements and budgets. Develop details project plans and monitor progress. Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, localize and implement. Monitor, manage and report on website data (Google Analytics) to make recommendations to drive website performance Address any bottlenecks, highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues. Seek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projects Adherence to Information Security & Management System policiesRequirements 5 years of experience in marketing and/or digital or web project manager roles. Hands on experience with project management software Familiarity with most Content Management Systems and HTML/CSS/JavaScript Experience of integrating third-party tech (e.g. working with plugins, APIs, third-party libraries) Experience and understanding of SEO and Google Analytics Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues Excellent organizational, task and time management skills First rate Communication and team management skills Bachelors Degree (or equivalent experience) in computer science, digital marketing or other relevant field.
