Job Description

Skill : Windows System Administrator Experience : 5+ YearsWork Location : HyderabadIn this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with other team members and management to deliver customized and scalable software/hardware solutions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize Microsoft infrastructure including but not limited to Active Directory, Group Policies, DNS, File and Print Services, Windows Clustering, SFTP, DFS, Certificate Services, and Remote Desktop Services
  • Create, maintain and follow technical documentation detailing system configurations, procedures, and standards
  • Participate in weekly team meetings and attend other meetings as required for project status or issue resolution
  • Provide system availability, performance, and compliance reports
  • Operate and respond within defined SLA metrics for customer environments
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Windows Administrator
  • Advanced knowledge and experience supporting Microsoft Windows platforms
  • Experience with BigFix
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation
  • Experience with VMware
  • Experience with Cloud technologies (AWS/OCI/Azure)
  • Experience with Windows security configuration and analysis (CIS)
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Detail oriented and results driven
  • Gather and analyze information skillfully
  • Identify and resolve problems promptly
  • Ability to develop strategies and workable implementation plans to achieve organizational goals and adapt the approach to changing conditions
  • Strive for ways to improve and promote quality
  • Exhibit sound and accurate judgment. Support and explain the reasoning for decisions
  • Experience working in a large Managed Services environment is a plus
  • Experience with PeopleSoft/Oracle Applications a plus
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or applicable experience
