  1. Understand Workdays Implementation Methodology and use the methodology on implementation of projects
  2. Analyze Workday release updates to understand impacts of feature changes, in relation to clients existing configuration
  3. Resolve functional issues and understand and implement complex business rules
  4. Set up compensation plans and roll out to employees
Technical Experience
  1. Implementing, configuring and supporting Compensation global rollouts
  2. Setting up market data, primary comp basis, severance and termination payouts
  3. Workday security domains and maintaining security on business processes Exposure towards:
  • GDPR requirements
  • Setting up advanced comp plans like Merit, Bonus and Stock
  • Compensation Participation rules, Compensation Grid, Metrics and Scorecards
  • Running year-end merit cycles
  • Experience in creating custom reports
Professional Experience :
  1. Good verbal written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization
  2. Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision
