The F&A SA will work with sales and pre-sales team supporting and solutioning opportunities across the sales cycle and with operations to ensure deliverability.Key Responsibilities:xc2xb7 Solutions Lead. The SA drives the end-to-end solutioning (i.e., from client requirements/mapping to operating/staffing models, technology, transition, transformation, and costing)

  • Solutions Strategy: The Solutions Architect (SA) excels by collaborating intimately with various industry groups, business partners, domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and different organizational units to create effective and successful solutions.
xc2xb7 Transformational Solutioning. The SA works with clients to design and present innovative, disruptive F&A technologies & solutions that transform the clientxe2x80x99s current processes for next level business outcomesxc2xb7 F&A Domain SME. The SA is our xe2x80x9cgo-toxe2x80x9d providing F&A process, technology, and transformational expertise and know-how across all four F&A towers (STP, OTC, RTR, FP&A)xc2xb7 Solution Modeling. The SA develops and maintains the solution models (e.g., staffing, pyramids, transition, technology, transformation, etc.) for costing, pricing, and delivery / management reviewsxc2xb7 Solution Materials. The SA prepares and presents the requisite client-facing materials (RFX responses, process flows, presentations, demonstrations, etc.) to respond to and win businessxc2xb7 Regulatory Requirements. The SA provides guidance on the requisite regulatory and compliance requirements in the solutionxc2xb7 Financial Acumen. The SA uses their financial expertise to design value propositions, service levels, business outcomes, and business cases with clients to meet their requirements and win the businessxc2xb7 Client Advisor. The SA understands the prospective clientxe2x80x99s F&A and business requirements, both strategic and tactical, to serve as their trusted advisor on their business transformation journey.xc2xb7 Travel. The SA is not expected to travel often, but as required, including internationally, to work with clients and to perform the duties as required to meet the assigned targets.Experience Required:xc2xb7 F&A Solutions Experience. 10 years successfully solutioning F&A business operations transformation & outsourcing as an individual contributor and/or team lead with top tier F&A service providersxc2xb7 F&A Management Experience. Minimum of 3 years managing F&A operations and/or running accounting in a controllership function for a large, global firmxc2xb7 F&A Process Tower SME. Deep domain and solutioning know-how across all 4 F&A towers (STP, OTC, RTR, FP&A), experience in complex F&A functions (e.g., RTR, FP&A) is preferred.xc2xb7 F&A Technology Platforms Know-How. General know-how of F&A functions in core ERPxe2x80x99s (SAP, Oracle, MS365, Workday) and F&A platforms (e.g., Blackline, OneSource, High Radius, Basware, etc.).xc2xb7 F&A Next Generation Technology. Experience solutioning AI/ML and Gen-AI based operational services and relationships with these key technology partnersxc2xb7 F&A Industry Experience. Cross-industry F&A solution experience with SME in 2 to 3 industries (e.g., BFS, Life Sciences, Industrial, etc.).xc2xb7 F&A Offering Development. Experience designing and bringing to market new, innovative F&A service offerings from scratchEducation:xc2xb7 Minimum Bachelors / graduate degree in business, accounting, commerce or related fieldsxc2xb7 Preferred Masters degree and professional accreditation such as: Chartered Accountant Saaki Argus & Averil Consulting
